DPR is proud to be part of this exciting infill urban, mixed use upfit development. We worked closely with the Owner and in collaboration with ODA Architects through initial site analysis for City land development code compliance and county building permit.
Other technical design keys included the phasing and sequence of building upfits vs potential tenants and parking requirements vs. the permitting through City and County.
